3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with their wholesale order. Elianthos will provide a shipping estimate based on the customer's location and the size of the order.

4. Payment Terms: Payment for wholesale orders must be made in full before the order is shipped. We accept payment by wire transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Net 30 terms are available for approved customers with an established credit history.

5. Returns and Refunds: All Iero Symvolo olive oil wholesale sales are final. If a product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no cost to the customer.
